- Serve as clerk for city council and board meetings
- Ensure compliance with state and municipal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal or government experience
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order
- Advanced proficiency in records management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Illinois driver's license
