- Serve as a liaison to the Common Council and public inquiries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in municipal records management or public sector administration
- Proficiency with records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, DocuWare)
- Knowledge of Wisconsin election law and open records statutes
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
