- Lead digital record management system modernization initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal government or public sector experience
- California Municipal Clerk certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Expert knowledge of California Election Code and Brown Act requirements
- Advanced proficiency in record management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
