Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate minutes of City Council and Commission meetings, ensuring all official actions are properly documented and filed.
  • Public Records: Manage and retrieve public records in strict compliance with the California Public Records Act (CPRA) and other relevant state regulations.

Qualifications
