Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years municipal records management experience
- Proficiency in records management software (e.g., Laserfiche, OnBase)
- PA Notary Public certification required
- Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania Sunshine Act and open records laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
