Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, permits, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Process administrative requests from citizens, businesses, and government departments
- Coordinate public meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and agenda preparation
- Maintain compliance with municipal regulations and record-keeping standards
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Assist with elections and public voting procedures as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Pennsylvania Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Prior government/public sector experience highly valued
