Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, documents, and correspondence with meticulous attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Process permits, licenses, and applications while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate departmental meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare agendas for public hearings
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement documentation
- Support election processes by maintaining voter records and assisting with polling logistics

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience in government or public sector
