Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official city records, files, and documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors by answering inquiries, providing information, and directing calls.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, logging transactions, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting packets, agendas, and correspondence for city boards and commissions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
