Responsibilities
- Manage official city records including permits, licenses, and municipal documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Process citizen inquiries and applications for city services with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate public meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Support departmental operations through data entry, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement documentation for assigned departments
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure seamless administrative workflows

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in government or public sector
