- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service for DMV transactions and inquiries
- Process driver's license applications, renewals, and vehicle registrations accurately
- Explain DMV procedures, fees, and documentation requirements clearly to customers
- Utilize state systems to manage transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience

- Valid Indiana driver's license required
