Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist with processing applications, permits, and various city documents.
- Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
