Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of public facilities and infrastructure.
- Respond to citizen inquiries and complaints regarding city services in a professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach and engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily operations and reports.
- Enforce city ordinances and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity logs and budget summaries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a government or public service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid Missouri Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and physical examination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry systems.
