Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic community revitalization plans in designated neighborhoods
- Coordinate with local businesses and stakeholders to drive economic development initiatives
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with federal/state funding requirements
- Conduct comprehensive community needs assessments and data analysis
- Facilitate public meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for county leadership
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community development or local government
- Strong proficiency in GIS mapping and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Arizona land-use regulations and grant processes
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
