Responsibilities
- Design and oversee public health programs targeting vulnerable communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and intervention opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare providers and community leaders
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with county regulations
- Develop grant proposals and secure funding for health initiatives
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of program management experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Proven expertise in grant writing and budget management
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in public health metrics
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Washington State public health regulations
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
