Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations during night shifts
- Conduct regular security rounds and headcounts
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Document incidents and maintain detailed shift reports
- Operate security systems and control room equipment
- Screen visitors and incoming/outgoing packages
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Washington driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness to meet job demands
