Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations to ensure safety and security
- Conduct regular patrols and headcounts in assigned areas
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and medical situations with professional crisis management
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, reports, and daily logs
- Screen visitors and packages according to department protocols
- Participate in training programs to maintain certification and enhance skills

Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License at time of appointment
- U.S. citizenship and Florida residency required
