Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services

- Train on new emergency protocols and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years dispatch or customer service experience
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD systems
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Pass background check and psychological evaluation
