Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide public service programs aligned with strategic priorities
- Analyze legislative impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for county administration

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia county governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
