Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health assessment programs to identify population health needs

- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to improve access to preventive care
- Lead public health education campaigns on chronic disease prevention
- Monitor and report on key health metrics to county leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant management and compliance reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Missouri driver's license
