Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate court records, dockets, and case files in compliance with state regulations
- Process legal documents including subpoenas, warrants, and court orders with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and judicial staff
- Manage courtroom scheduling and coordinate with judges, bailiffs, and court reporters
- Collect fees, fines, and payments while maintaining financial transaction records
- Prepare and distribute official court correspondence and notices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in criminal justice or paralegal studies preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or legal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal documentation software
