Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize court records, documents, and case files with meticulous attention to detail
- Process legal filings, warrants, and subpoases while ensuring compliance with judicial protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, litigants, and court visitors both in-person and virtually
- Manage court calendars, hearings scheduling, and courtroom assignments efficiently
- Assist judges and court personnel with administrative support and document preparation
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Utilize case management software and digital filing systems for remote operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in paralegal studies or criminal justice preferred
- 2+ years of court administration, legal, or government office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
