Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and ID applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Verify documentation and maintain digital records
- Process payments and issue permits/licenses
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Nevada DMV procedures (training provided)
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
- Flexible availability including weekends
