Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Utilize DMV systems to verify documents and process transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic violations, insurance requirements, and licensing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service delivery and reduce wait times
- Adhere to all state regulations and security protocols for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn DMV-specific software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures clearly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
