- Maintain and update client records in our secure database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds agency standards.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a standard business schedule.
