Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting homeland security operations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support for federal systems and user training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT policies and security standards
- Develop and document system documentation and operational procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems administration
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with federal IT systems (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST compliance)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
