Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and visitors at government facilities.
- Assist with data entry, document filing, and administrative support for departmental operations.
- Monitor public spaces and facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Process permits, applications, and official documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve public inquiries and operational issues.

Qualifications
