As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless, efficient, and safe for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a focus on speed and damage prevention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we offer on-the-job training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
