What You Will Do:
In this role, you will serve as the face of our agency, assisting the public with a variety of essential services. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and empathy are paramount.
- Assist the Public: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transfers.
- Process Applications: Accurately complete forms, verify documentation, and process DMV transactions efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions within our database systems.
- Operational Support: Assist with lobby operations, ensuring a safe and organized environment for visitors.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in person, via phone, and through digital channels with a high level of professionalism.
- Explain complex DMV policies and procedures in simple, understandable terms.
- Process vehicle registration renewals, title applications, and driver license transactions.
- Operate computerized data entry systems to update and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and provide change accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, government administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly preferred.
