Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leads to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones leading up to 2026.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D and strategic initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Present quarterly strategic reviews to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging tech.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
