Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver license transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize specialized software systems to update customer records and issue permits/licenses
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism in person and via phone
- Verify documents and enforce compliance with state laws and agency policies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems with data entry speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
