Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, driver's licenses, and title transactions with accuracy
- Provide clear, friendly guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve complex inquiries and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
- Maintain detailed records using DMV software systems
- Adhere to all federal, state, and departmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and basic Hawaiian/Pidgin

- Valid Hawaii driver's license upon hire
