- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service queues and wait times
- Maintain strict compliance with state regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital transaction systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures clearly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid Texas driver's license required
