Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title applications, and driver's license transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear, friendly guidance to customers regarding DMV procedures and documentation requirements

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service delivery and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures clearly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
- Bi-lingual in English and Hawaiian strongly preferred
