Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license renewals
- Resolve customer inquiries using state-of-the-art DMV systems
- Verify documentation accuracy and compliance with AZ regulations
- Process payments and issue permits/licenses efficiently
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Collaborate with enforcement agencies on compliance matters
- Train new staff on DMV procedures and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred (not required)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods
