Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a variety of DMV transactions, including vehicle registration, license renewals, and title transfers.
- Operate computer systems and software to accurately input data and process payments efficiently.
- Answer high-volume phone inquiries and resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with state regulations and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on changes to Texas traffic laws and DMV procedures to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is required.
