Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, vehicle registration, and title transfers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding DMV policies, fees, and procedures.
- Verify customer documents and ensure data accuracy in our computer systems.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
