Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service for vehicle registration, title transfers, and driver licensing inquiries
- Accurately process DMV transactions using state-of-the-art computer systems
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while adhering to departmental protocols
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service quality
- Stay updated on Arizona DMV regulations and procedural changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (40+ WPM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish highly valued)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
