Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and maintain secure records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic citations, insurance requirements, and licensing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols while handling sensitive personal information
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with DMV policy updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and data entry software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex procedures simply
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume periods
- Valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Pass thorough background check and fingerprint screening
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
