Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Utilize state-of-the-art DMV software to maintain secure digital records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer flow and wait time reduction
- Process payments and issue official permits/licenses following state protocols
- Conduct preliminary eligibility screenings for specialized driving privileges
- Maintain strict compliance with Minnesota DMV privacy regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry (60+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced setting
- Valid Minnesota driver's license required
- Knowledge of Minnesota traffic laws and DMV procedures preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions
- Pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
