Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID transactions with precision
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries using multi-channel communication (in-person, phone, email)
- Maintain accurate records in DMV databases and document systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local compliance standards
- Support special DMV events and outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or public-facing experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Valid California driver's license
- Experience with government systems highly desirable
