Responsibilities
- Process driver's license applications, renewals, and vehicle registrations with 100% accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and required documentation
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and maintain digital records
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding traffic citations, vehicle titles, and commercial licenses
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies for compliance verification
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for personal and sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry (WPM 40+)
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and explain procedures clearly
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
