Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for natural disasters and public health crises

- Update crisis response plans based on evolving threats and lessons learned
- Lead post-incident debriefings and report preparation
- Ensure compliance with federal/state emergency management regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency response or government operations
- FEMA Professional Development Series (PDS) certification required
- Strong knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks and incident command systems
- Exceptional crisis communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work irregular hours during emergencies
