Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible.
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Update internal databases and records to reflect current information accurately.

Qualifications
