Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and distribute memos, emails, and official documents with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
- Record Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring strict adherence to government retention schedules.
- Public & Internal Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for citizens and internal departments, answering inquiries and directing calls professionally.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and verify data into internal databases and government reporting systems with a high degree of precision.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, reserve conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials for department leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work under time constraints without sacrificing quality.
- Integrity: Must pass a background check and possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
