Responsibilities
- Process and organize incoming correspondence, mail, and electronic communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive federal records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memoranda, and presentations for management.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for senior staff members.
- Answer general inquiries from the public and provide accurate information regarding agency services.
- Perform data entry tasks using various federal databases and ensure data integrity.
- Support other administrative staff with ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for federal employment.
