Responsibilities
- Manage Incoming Communications: Answer phones, screen calls, and greet visitors professionally at the front desk.
- Data Entry & Records Management: Accurately input and maintain confidential government records and databases using standard software.
- Document Preparation: Process, copy, and file a variety of documents, including reports, correspondence, and forms.
- Office Support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, distributing mail, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general information to the public and assist with inquiries regarding department services.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
