Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail, emails, and faxes, and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer general inquiries from the public and internal staff via phone and in person.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our internal databases.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute routine correspondence, reports, and meeting packets.
- Assist with filing documents in both digital and hard-copy formats.
- Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Support senior staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet and computer access for remote work options (if applicable).
