Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department heads including scheduling, correspondence, and records management
- Process citizen inquiries and complaints through digital and in-person channels
- Assist with public meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict compliance protocols
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation processes

Qualifications
