Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for federal benefit claims and patient files.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and memos for senior leadership review.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for federal staff meetings and community outreach events.
- Assist in the processing of employment applications and background check documentation.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to pass a government background investigation and drug screen.
