Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Update and maintain computer databases and filing systems.
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
